Complaints
If you have a complaint about London’s transport, you must first contact the operator that provides the service. Advice on how to do this can be found on our complaints page.
If you have already been to the operator and would like to appeal your complaint you can contact our casework team:
Email: enquiries@londontravelwatch.org.uk
Letter: Freepost LONDON TRAVELWATCH, Timothys Bridge Road, Stratford Enterprise Park, Stratford-Upon-Avon CV37 9BG
Phone: 0203 176 2999 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
Please ensure you enclose all information relevant to your complaint.
As London TravelWatch deals with complaints for more than one organisation, please be aware that emails you receive from our casework team will end in @transportwatchdog.org.uk.
Correspondence which contains abusive or racist comments will not be tolerated or responded to and may be passed to the police.
For general complaints about London TravelWatch, please contact the Chief Executive at info@londontravelwatch.org.uk. The Chief Executive will investigate all complaints about London TravelWatch staff members but will not reinvestigate your original complaint with the transport provider or ticket retailer.
For complaints regarding problems on coaches or buses outside of London, please contact Bus Users UK.
