Earlier this week, London TravelWatch released a statement regarding ongoing issues of overcrowding at Euston station. We were very pleased to hear today (Friday 4 October) that Network Rail has agreed to make some urgent changes, including reviewing the use of the large digital advertising boards.

In a five-point plan, Network Rail and the Department for Transport have outlined measures to improve the provision of passenger information and provision, while increasing space on the concourse and alleviating pinch points.

Network Rail also intends to improve reliability of infrastructure and train services to reduce disruption at the station.

London TravelWatch will continue to meet with Network Rail to ensure they make things better for all those travelling through Euston.
