If you have a complaint or problem with any aspect of London’s transport, you must first contact the operator that provides the service.
If you have already complained to the operator (with the exception of Transport for London and Eurostar) please contact the Rail Ombudsman in the first instance. Find out more about the Rail Ombusdman.

Please note, if you have a complaint about a long distance coach you need to complain directly to the operator.
